Lapis Lazulli Cabochon

Lapis Lazuli Cabochon 20MM L X 20mm W X 5mm D  5-6 Hardness 

This is one of my all-time favorite Afghanistan Lapis cabochons. A lovely combination of Lapis Lazuli, with a Mica band of stars and a snowy Calcite cap. There are bands of different intensity of blues in this wonderful piece as well.

History places this beautiful gem adorning the pharaohs, queens, and goddesses.  It is believed to bring protection, strength, courage, and wisdom. Beautiful & Powerful! I'd love to see what you could do with this piece!
