Jade Butterfly Brooch

Butterfly Brooch, Jade, Agate, 1 1/4" (overall) Gold-Tone Accents, 

I love this little pin.. I thought about keeping it for m'self but it's more fun to share. Nicely carved jade wings which are slightly off-set. It is very nicely made with a strong pin back. I am assuming that the little bug-eyes are made of agate as they have a bit of a swirl-like texture. A nice addition is a small bail on the back so it can be worn as a pendant. I think I'll find a chain for it!
